Уютная квартира в традиционном румынском дворике , в непосредственной близости от исторического центра города. Приветливый хозяин Andrei подскажет и поможет если у вас возникнут вопросы, а так же с парковкой . Из окна открывается вид гору и на надпись "Брашов" .

Хотелось бы добавить косметические принадлежности. В квартире тепло, но иногда под утро выключается термостат отопления - не хватает кондиционера для того чтоб обеспечить постоянное тепло с утра.( зябко)

The location is great, easy to get to city centre. The shower was amazing/modern and spacious. It had cutlery/plates to use and also a small fridge(although we didnt use it)

at 1:30 am on the first night, the gas /CO2 alarm went off in the cabinet where the boiler was encased. Luckily the owner answered my call and the advice was to unplug the alarm as its just very sensitive. I wasn't unable to rest/relax during the nights as I thought I would not wake up in the morning due to a gas leak. I was really freaked out. As we couldnt sleep the first night, we tried to get some shut eye in the morning but we couldn't as everyone was up and about using the shower/tap and the boiler was just making all the noises possible. The studio we stayed in has the boiler connecting to all the other rooms. I booked the place as the comments said that it was quiet but that boiler working was so loud that I was not able to ignore it. We also had to clean any cutlery we used and take the bins out(quite a few other rules in place)- im surprised they didnt want me to change/wash the sheets too. Also dont even think about using the towels and smearing any makeup on them as you will be charged for them. I booked the studio as it said it had parking;( after I booked it ) I was notified that its actually public parking- I was like ok.. I can do with public parking- but boy was I wrong- its a nightmare to find parking spaces- We had to go round and round for 30min or more to find a space, and we were probably lucky in that sense as it only took 30 min. Its not easy to find parking at all, so prepare yourself or find a place with actual parking spaces available.
