O apartamento é muito bem equipado, tem muitos utensílios de cozinha úteis para a eatadia. Ambiente muito confortável e limpo

Estranhei a forma de pagamento, somente em dinheiro e por meio de um envelope na caixa de correios, o que nos deixou meio inseguros. Para viajantes é muito mais confortavel poder efeturar pagamenros de valores mais altos com cartão de crédito ou débito (wise e nomamd). O proprietário foi solícito conosco pelo whatsapp por todo o tempo e deu tudo certo.

Clean room and nice owner

Language barrier with the owner and the staffs

It was quiet.

There isn't access to the gym and the upstairs terrace. The cleaning was very poor, a lot of dust under the bed and cleaning of the floor without water. But the worst is that they asked for $45 USD! for 1 broken plate because "they have to buy a whole new set" Not good for working since the chair is super uncomfortable

Everything was simple and straightforward. Host was attentive and replied immediately, security at the gate were very friendly.
