房子很乾淨，廚房設備齊全，且有洗衣機；交通很方便，有免費停車位；房東總是很快的回覆訊息、提供協助。

房間的溫度不能自己調節，必須由房東遠端控制，比較麻煩；客廳的沙發是一張折疊的沙發床，會一直移動所以坐起來不是很舒服。除此之外其他都非常好。
