The flat is located in good and quiet neighbourhood, 5 minutes away from mall. Overall a good flat, however it is visible that it was not renovated for quite a long time. We were able to find another flat in this area for the same price, but in much better condition and with better facilities also.

The bedsheet was all covered with stains, however it smelled fresh, so it was really unpleasant to sleep on it. Also, there’s mold in the bathroom.

The apartment is really clean and spacious. The fact that it has a full bed in the open space living room, helps for the comfort of sleeping in 2 different rooms and beds. The host was very responsive and communicative. Parking place near the building and private. Everything is new in the apartment and I would like to underline that we loved the comfortable beds. It means a lot for us. Thus the reason we gave a full 10 review!

In the hot days of summer, an air conditioner or other cooling device would be fantastic. Also in the night from the basketball field downstairs can get noisy and you can't just close the windows in summer, the apartment not having a cooling system. But overall was great.

The apartment is super cozy. Confortable for a family of 4 (2 adults with 2 little kids). We had everything we wanted and super good communication with the host.

We would have liked to be closer to the city, to the beautiful, green Brașov city. Felt like a stranger into the new blocks, where there is no nature at all, but this is not something that affects the host or the nice apartment they have to offer.
