La Maison della piazzetta

Perfect location for exploring the city; Great communication with the host, very welcoming and helpful; the apartment is light and well equipped, with two small balconies towards the little piazza. There is a bakery across the street, and bars, ice cream shop and restaurants around the corner. Still a fairly quiet area of town. It is in walking distance from the train station and to the main square and sights. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful apartment. Host was responsive and provided lovely touches including cookies and water. The apartment was had everything for a very comfortable stay. Good location.

Great location and clean

It was so noisy and we barely slept for the 3 nights we stayed. Lots of noise coming from the area outside which lasted all night. Also very compact and not really suitable for 4 people

Very close to city center (but windows were soundproof), big and warm, the host was very nice and the communication easy. Cozy beds, big bathroom and closet.

Found everything very nice

The location was great; near the train station and in the center of Bologna. The apartment was very clean! :)

We couldn't control the heat of the room (air-condition); they claimed that there was automatic central boiler that is turned off around 11pm per condominium regulation; however radiotrs didn't work in the daytime unless I texted them.
