"Sehr gutes Apartment in hervorragender Lage"

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Strand, Bäcker,Metzger, Fischgeschäft und Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Apartment gehöriger Parkplatz, Fahrradräume, Aufzug und Sauberkeit im und um das Haus sind top. Hervorragend ist auch der direkte Zugang zum Strandbereich. Vorhandene Großgeräte (Herd, Spül- und Waschmaschine) mit Ausnahme Kühlschrank sind neue Top Geräte. Das Haus ist insgesamt angenehm geführt und ruhig.

Küchenutensilien sind leider teilweise defekt oder nicht so recht zu gebrauchen. Trinkgläser zum Teil blind. Das mindert den ansonsten so hervorragenden Eindruck.
