Great location. Easy access with the remote check in.

Strong sewage smell from the bathroom got better when we plugged the bidet. Shower water also fluctuated.

The balcony. Never used, because the winter in Bologna isn’t like the one in Florida

Getting in the room completely left cold. And time 2 days to warm up. Floor, Dishes dirty. No closet.

la posizione il terrazzo ma essendo dicembre non utilizzato

da premettere che siamo stati prima quattro giorni e dopo per due giorni , la prima volta siamo stati accolti da un odore di fognatura proveniente dal bagno abbiamo subito chiesto spiegazioni e ci è stato risposto che se volevamo potevano portarci un deodorante!!! che l'odore era dovuto ai lavori in strada ma leggendo le precedenti recensioni di due anni fa il problema già c'era. Pulizia sommaria, il termosifone del bagno non funzionante, un solo rotolo di carta igienica per 4 giorni, neanche una bottiglia d'acqua, un cuscino senza la federa. Tutto questo segno di poca attenzione per i clienti , anche perché è una camera che ci è costata circa 176,00 a notte . Purtroppo ci siamo dovuti tornare perché le camere erano già pagate, mi dispiace perché la posizione è eccellente .
