Hello, I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction and outrage regarding my recent stay at this apartmnent in Bologna. From the very start, the host’s behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. When I asked basic, legitimate questions, he refused to provide clear information, spoke rudely, hung up the phone on me, and insisted all communication must be through the platform, rather than simply offering basic assistance and respect. He sent me aggressive, dismissive messages, refused to clarify essential details, and expected me to understand everything without proper explanation. His attitude was degrading, condescending, and utterly unacceptable. The apartment itself was also far below basic standards: it was freezing cold, uncomfortable, with outside temperatures of 6°C and no proper heating. The shower water was barely warm, and the bed linens were dirty and smelled terrible. This is simply disgraceful. But what shocked me the most was his refusal to issue a legal invoice for the city tax I paid, unless he first read my review. This is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and illegal. Issuing an invoice is his obligation – not a privilege conditioned on his satisfaction with my feedback. I have stayed in many apartments worldwide, and I have never experienced such disrespectful, humiliating treatment from a host. Rest assured, I will report this behavior both in my public review and directly to the platform. I will make sure that future guests are fully aware of the poor service and unacceptable conduct he provides He should be ashamed of the way he treats his guests.

The location was good.

The kitchen could have been better equipped and a washing machine would have been great

It was situated in the city Centre, easy access everywhere, quite and affordable

I wish it was a bit cleaner and easier with garbage disposal

distance from train station was inaccurate. it was advertised a 10 minute walk and my Google maps indicated 17. DO NOT WALK THIS WITH ANY KIND OF LUGGAGE. We were not even greeted with so much as a bottle of water when we arrived at the apartment. I’m an vacation rental owner and all my complaints are very basic items. extra pillows had no pillow covers. ants in the apartment and in our bed. there were exactly 2 towels that were supposed to last for 3 nights. we were told we didn’t need to use the AC but to open the windows and not all windows had screens so the mosquitoes got into the apartment. I’ll stop here.

This apartament there is in the heart of Bologna. If you are here for a short time or longer time you find everything in the walking distance (also supermatkets, markets, train station, very good connection with the airport). The owner of the apartament is very helpful, everything goes very smoothly and thanks to it you can enjoy your stay in Bologna from the beginning till the end. Apartament is quiet and the area seems to be safe. There are portable air conditoners in the rooms. If you want to admire the panorama of the city you must go out, apartament there is on the 1 floor. I would like to come back there.
