The property is in a very good location and is very clean and safe.

Everything was perfect.

Cleanliness, well equipped (quality appliances, etc.), a pasticceria that sells wonderful sweets across the street and the host was quick to answer my inquiries. Very conveniently, a pharmacy is located on the ground floor. We liked the location for the easy accessibility to Centro. There were many nice places to get food, super markets, bars that are not touristy at all.

- The place is on an intersection of a busy road and a rail way, so it was pretty noisy. Sleeping with windows open is out of question for light sleepers like me. Staying here in winter wouldn't be a problem because the apartment has solid noise reducing windows. - For the first several days of our stay, we didn't get warm water so showering was an unpleasant experience, after contacting the host, the issue was fixed immediately.

It was nicely decorated and handh for public transport.

It was falsely advertised as in a quiet residential area. The traffic and train noise were intolerable. It also advertised a sofa bed which in actual faxmctvwas a chair bed and opened into a bed without padding. One only felt the bed frame. We were not a couple and had rented thinking we could use the advertised sofa bed, which was not the case. We complained straight away and were told they'd look into it. They must still be looking and we want compensation for both the noise and lack of a sofa BED!

the property was modern and airy. we had an apartment no6 which was the largest in their portfolio. the wifi was reliable and so was the aircon.

the balcony and all the windows were on the main street so we couldn’t exactly enjoy the outside space without the prying eyes from the people below. perhaps it should have been mentioned somewhere that it is the case. although it wasn’t their fault, when we arrived there was a building work going on so that wasn’t exactly enjoyable.

I am very pleased with my stay at this property. Nice and very helpful host. The neighborhood is safe. No busy street or train tracks, because the windows are new and there is no noise. The center is about 35 minutes on foot, there are buses. The bus stop is practically in front of the building. Next to a very nice cafe, a larger shop, two bus stops.

It's quite hot in the apartment. There is air conditioning, opening the windows is rather impossible due to the train tracks right next to the windows - about 60 meters. The windows are modern and reduce noise.
