Great apartment with an awesome location. It has all the facilities that you need for a couple of days. Pretty spacious, balcony is cool too. Parking spot is available. Quiet neighbors.

This building doesn't have an elevator, with small children and a stroller it's pretty hard to lift it on the 4th floor. The only advantage is that stairs are very wide and you can carry it without scratching the walls. There is no washing liquid for washing machine. Floor in some rooms creak, and makes a lot of uncomfortable noises. Under the bed there is a mess, and it wasn't cleaned a long time ago. Fan in the bath was broken and made a very unpleasant sound.
