Отличное расположение. Шикарный вид. Чисто. Уютно. Есть все необходимое для длительного использования апартаментов. Кофемашина есть, капсулы есть, стиральная машина, кухонная бытовая техника.

Если большой кроссовер то парковочное место будет сверх узкое. Двухспальная кровать просажена и выспаться на ней не получится. Раскладной диван не приспособлен для сна, он расползается под Вами. Слабый напор воды в ванной. Минимальное количество шампуня и геля ( на одноразовое использование)
