La disponibilità del proprietario, la vicinanza dalla stazione, il prezzo, la possibilità di avere due letti separati, ol sole che entra nel bagno di mattina.

Avevamo paura che i tubi di scaldabagno si scoppieranno durante della nostra permanenza perché usciva l'acqua da essi.
