Welcoming host, huge terrace with beautiful view of the ocean, comfortable furniture, very clean and modern apartment, easy parking, air conditioning, laundry room

They are building an apartment complex directly across the street, complete with a large crane; during our stay, workers were there Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 6 PM. It made the apartment's beautiful outdoor space pretty much unusable. We also noticed many ants coming in from under the apartment doors.

It's a truly wonderful place to stay in Calheta. The sea view is magnificent, and the accommodation is impeccably maintained, with comprehensive refurbishments and all necessary amenities, particularly in the kitchen. The property manager is exceptionally kind and promptly assisted us when we encountered an issue with the bathroom water. Considering the price, it's an excellent choice for accommodation in Madeira. However, it's important to note that renting a car is highly recommended for exploring the area during your holiday.

Unfortunately our flight was delayed which meant no one was able to meet us at the apartment. Elvio was at the airport but left instruction how to enter the Apartment, The up side was that the apartment surpassed expectations. Great place to relax and unwind, peaceful with great outside space . Clean modern close to essential amenities. A 5 minute drive to Calheta beach, supermarket and restaurants in the marina. 10 minute drive to Madalena, Jardim and paul do mar.

Absolutely fantastic! I have never been in as great apartment as this one. Views breathtaking, everything clean, we received welcome gifts, apartment was equiped with everything you can think of - set for barbecue, washing machine with detergents, dishwasher... Parking slot in the yard. Only small disadvantage is proximity to the city centre, but if you want to have peaceful escape from reality, then this is it ☺️ I would come back immediately

Friendly host, amazing view, really well equiped kitchen, overall cleanliness, everything was on top level. Some cats paying a visit as well.

A holiday villa that you can just feel at home in, only thing we needed to do was fill up the fridge:) The view was amazing with sun loungers on the terrace to enjoy the sun and relax on. We got picked up by host Élvio who was extremely friendly and helpful, he recommended the best food places and bars nearby.

We didn't rent a car but if you stay longer than a week or you don't enjoy walking as much as us, we would recommend car hire :)

Very good location. Clear and fresh apartments. It is felt that recently renovated. Near Caleta beach. Quiet, quiet area. Very good hosts, met with gifts and a bottle of wine. No disadvantages, I highly highly recommend it for everyone, I will come back here again with great pleasure...
