Good location Decent parking

Kitchen was very well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. Super luxurious duvet.

Excellent location. The unit, as well had many games, dvds and little extras.

The bath tub was clogging

If the code had worked it would have been great. The information was provided well in advance and was clear. It is unfortunate that someone doing the set up made a mistake.

We were supposed to get a door code, but the code was set up incorrectly and the person who was supposed to help us was not helpful. She was sure that it was our fault and gave us quite dumb advice. The fault was whoever set up the code did it incorrectly.

Well presented. TV easy to use. Everything you need in kitchen is there. Bed comfortable

Heater in one corner of living room. You had to sit in front of it to get warm. Property door is all tiles & cold! Needs carpet runner down the hall & on floor where you sit to watch TV. Needs signs out front indicating where rooms are to be found. Lastly taking a shower is hazardous!☢️ Needs non slip mat on base of bath & wall handle too low to feel safe whilst showering.

The living and dining room don't get much light and the kitchen equipment could have been better. All toghether it was ok, but to be honest, our last accommodations in Canada we're more comfortable. Our biggest problem we're the noisy family above us.

It was clean and everything that we needed to enjoy our stay was there and having the national park pass was a good perk as you didn’t need to line up at the gates when entering Banff.

The neighbour upstairs was too loud, you can always hear their footsteps. I have messaged the property about it and they were responsive.
