2 bedroom apartment Nr City Centre, Uni & Parks

We were attending a graduation at the Bay and this was a well priced accommodation just a short taxi ride away. Lovely comfortable beds with crisp clean bed linen. Everything was very clean. Bedding and towels were lovely.

There is nothing on the listing to say that the property is a three storey building and the apartment is on the top floor. I have mobility problems so the flights of stairs were difficult for me. If I had been alone I would not have been able to get my case up the stairs. The kitchen, living room and dining room are all in one very small area. That was fine for us as we only stayed 1 night but if guests were staying longer and wanted to spend any time in the apartment it could be difficult as there is only one small two seater sofa. We couldn't see any fire instructions in the apartment and did wonder how we would get out if there was a fire.

Logement très bien situé, proche du centre-ville. Le château et le musée sont accessibles à pied. Lits très confortables. Cuisine bien équipée. Bonne distribution des pièces.

De grandes fissures dans les murs. La lumière automatique dans le couloir met beaucoup de temps à s'éteindre. Le mitigeur de la douche est difficilement réglable. Attention, pour les personnes corpulentes, la douche est relativement petite : il peut être difficile de se baisser pour prendre les flacons de shampoing et gel douche par terre.

Only 2 firms not enough seating 1 number 2/3 seated setee. Parking cost £16 per day, daughter staying 2 doors away given parking on road permif.

The location was fairly central and the management team were helpful

The apartment was a student house, it was very run down, the windows were cracked and filthy, very run down bathroom which desperately needs a refurb. We paid a lot of money for this apartment.

Very close to the town centre. Lovely flat.
