Modern Central Apartment + King Size Bed + Garden

It was a lovely property! Bed was extremely comfortable and the property was very clean. I loved the mirror in the bathroom as you can connect to Bluetooth and it acts as a speaker too. Staff were very responsive offering clear guidance for finding the property, parking facilities and wifi etc.

It might be worthwhile looking at the TV remote as it wasn’t functioning as well as it could have. 10:00am checkout on a Sunday is a but early. 11:00am would have been nice without the extra charge of £25.00.

A very convenient location, great food and grocery options nearby as well as good travel links. All the appliances functioned correctly. It was easy to get in/out the flat and were provided with everything we needed, there was never a moment where we thought 'why haven't they given us x'.

I wish the pictures of the flat were more accurate. I'm not sure if the pictures on the listing are old, but the flat was definitely not as pristine as it looked on the pictures during our stay. There were numerous large stains (could have also been different coloured paint?) on the wall, wallpaper was peeling in certain places, the kitchen wall had oil stains everywhere, the windows looked to be cloudy/dirty, etc. Not horrible by any means, just a bit disappointing.

Easy instructions online for gaining access to property. Apartment, clean, nice finishings, great location to watch rugby at principality stadium. Parking in next street convenient!

No blinds in bathroom or lounge. Bed very uncomfortable, could feel the wooden slates through the mattress, builders started making at noise at 8am on Saturday and 9 am on Sunday. We had to check out by 10 am on Sunday so not an issue on Sunday.

A quiet clean apartment. Everything you required for your stay. Car park was secure.

Late information from the hosts how to enter the property and to get replies from emails to the hosts. We have used booking.com for many years and have never experienced that before. There was no parking, when we were there, close to the property so we used the car parking area that we were given instructions for. It was about 6 minute walk to the apartment. We were lucky as we had good weather. I would have been quite miserable if it had been wet walking to and from to the apartment. No instructions on how to work the tv.
