"Overall it was good stay"

Location

Everything was ok but few things I would like to comment on 1. One of the Towel was having bad stains. I used it and then discovered and reported. 2. There should be complementary Water and tea or coffee which is provided mostly by the accommodations. I travelled to many places and rented such properties and this is first time it had to go out at night time to look for these things after long hectic journey. I believe this was bit inappropriate not to provide these as complimentary items

"Disastrous but not entirely host’s fault."

The bed was broken when we arrived and by the time we found out, it was too late to find alternative accommodation. We were given a full refund but it totally trashed my back when I lay on it, and completely ruined the birthday stay we were in Cardiff for. We had no choice but to pack up and drive all the way home. The refund was processed swiftly but an offer of a replacement trip would have really helped soften the blow. Carving out time to go away is very hard these days and it was extremely disappointing.

Sehr rasche Antworten auf meine Nachfragen. Zentrale Lage direkt neben der Altstadt.

Das Bett ist leider sehr kurz (ich bin 196cm) und für 2 Personen sehr schmal.

"Good location close to the main sites. Spacious and well-equipped apartment."

No breakfast included. This was an apartment. We bought eggs at the express grocery one block away and it was easy to cook breakfast in the kitchen. The host was quite responsive.

The description mentioned a washer and dryer, but there was only a washer. The washer was effective and we had enough time to dry the clothes on the clothes tree we found in the closet.
