Semplice ma fornita di tutto ciò che era necessario! Posizione ottimale leggermente fuori dal centro ma raggiungibile in poco tempo. Host super gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità! Consiglieremo sicuramente questa struttura

It is in a 20 minute walk from the center, in a good neighbourhood. It matters a lot, because in the center there are a lot of sketchy streets. The place is small but you can find everything you need for an apartman. The owner is really nice and tried helping us as much as he could.

The apartman is slightly under the ground floor, so even though it has a balcony the view is really nothing but the other houses from below. The bed is a little bit uncomfortable for me.

The location of the flat was ideal for a short break.

The flat may not be suitable for people aged over 75 as they may find the stairs difficult to do.

The landlord was so nice and welcoming. The place is so comfortable, clean and well organized. I liked the ceiling with that ancient details.

It’s a little bit far away from city center.

+ newly renovated studio + the shower functions without any issues (continuous hot water, the bathroom drain works without any problems) + confortable bed + high-quality sheets + the window blinds work perfectly, it's completely dark when you close them + responsive and understanding host + well equipped kitchinette (although a bit crowded) + available tea, coffe forthe coffee machine + instant coffee, olive oil + in some details I felt that the host really care about the guests' confort General remarks: Altough the host made anything possible to protect the guests from mosquitos (the windows have intact mosquito nets & mosquito repeller in the flat) we still got some big bites so the guests should have in mind to get extra protection against mosquitos (insect repellent body spray and long pajamas). Also bring earplugs as noise is a typical issue in italian residences. For hosts: the garbage bins are quite small, wouldn't hurt to check on them or provide instructions on how to empty the bins for the guests that book long(er) stays.

- the breakfast is just some sweet snacks - not suitable for remote work as the electric sockets don't fit the typical EU plugs (excepting the one in wc and kitchinette)
