The property does not have a renovation, but it has all the facilities: cutlery, microwave, plates, pans, mirrors, hair dryer. It is located near to all attractions. You have the fish market (don’t worry you will not feel the smell, because the zone is very cleaned). Both bedrooms have their own balcony. One of the bedroom despite of extra large bedroom have also a bed for a person (kid). Another bedroom does not have a window, but it is not a problem. Also the fridge is leaking a little, but according to the apartment - price and location the apartment is good. The owner was very kind.

Everything! It was a great accommodation in the heart of Catania, super close to the airport too. Restaurants are on the doorstep and party till late. In the morning, vendors take over the streets, and you can get the most delicious fruits and fresh fish and all that. Aircon was life-saving after a whole day of hot hot hot weather outside. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and everything was absolutely spotless. It also has a charm. You can see it on the pictures as well. Little balcony to enjoy the morning coffee overseeing the busy market. The price was great too. Thank you!

As the weather was super hot and the buildings were super close to each other. It smells sometimes, but if you keep the window close, you are good to go. :)

Great location. Many attractions, restaurants and walking areas are very close.

It is very difficult to park the car, poor and very slow Internet, strong noise from the window in the evening and morning, lack of wine glasses and tea cups, coffee machine does not work (I informed the owner about this, but he did not even react), torn and very worn chair seats at the kitchen table

Property is dated, with shower leaking water and the place wasn't very clean.

Top location in the area full of services, few steps from the main city sights. Comfortable beds, very clean apartment, windows are blocking a lot the noise from the outside both in the morning and at night, but of course you shouldn't expect the total silence staying here cause of the position itself :) Francesco is a wonderful host, helpful and understanding.
