The location is exactly where you want to be for exploring the city. Also, it's well equipped and seems to be new.

The apartment is near to Via Etnea - 10 seconds ☺️It is close to everything you need -shops, Cathedral, Villa Bellini etc. It is well equipped. It is located in inner courtyard.

While we was there, there was a little noise from renovation from the other building.

The location is really nice, you can exit the apartment right to the main street. The apartment is not bad for a short stay. (1-2 days). The house was a little dirty and smelled a lot like a basement, from the moment you come in you can feel the moist atmosphere. You get used to it in a while but the clothes and food gets quite damp. I wouldn’t recommend it for a long stay. The host was nice.

Nice apartment in the very center of Catania. clean rooms, kitchen with coffee machine and all amenities. Clean and cozy. There is internet and TV.

excellent location in the centre of the old town. Metro and Alibus to airport just around the corner. Many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The appartment is large , with a real kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with among other a very good oven and gas stove. the bed is large and comfortable. Although situated in the centre, it is very quiet. the comminucation with the host via whatsap is very good, responded immediately.

the view from the balcony is a backyard full of air conditioners and air extractors from nearby hotels and restaurants. the common part of the balcony was full of junk and just unusable. the owner should have checked this in advance. The appartment is not very bright, but our stay was in november, maybe it is better in summer.

The house was exceptional! The landlord was welcoming and attentive, making sure all our needs were met throughout our stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was ideal—quiet yet conveniently close to local attractions and amenities. We felt completely safe during our stay in Catania, which added to our overall comfort. Highly recommend for a pleasant getaway!
