All street noise was in the room at night, impossible fo sleep

The parking under the building is very limited. It’s batter to find a parking lot.

I thought the host was very kind and helpful and the location of the rooms was great. I also liked the room as it was simply decorated but had a lot of space.

Not many options for breakfast.

The host was a very rude. We had a problem in the morning with the shower and she blamed us instead of coming and checking. Parking was not available contrary to what was stated on booking. So when we arrived in the evening (after 8 hours of travel), we parked on the street of the hotel. We discovered that there is market every day (from 8 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.) and there were no no parking signs. The host didn't informed us (she could have just complemented better the info on booking) so our car was removed. We contacted the host and she immediately sent us were to pick our car (so this is a common practice there). We lost one morning of our short holiday and also money (we had to pay a fine and to take our car). We booked for two nights but we decided to leave immediately and she refused to refund us one night saying that was booking that didn't want to refund us. On top, she never asked our documents (this was strange to us). To complement, the room was very small and noisy, breakfast poor with low quality.

Acceptable budget accommodation but that's all it is.

Perfect location of apartment, only 5 min by walk and you are in the city centre. Clean but a bit too laud lack of noise insulation. Very close is a supermarket. Lovely personnel. Grazie mille
