We stayed at this apartment due to its location right on the beachfront promenade and the convenience of having a parking spot directly in front of the apartment. Unfortunately, those were the only positive aspects of our stay.

We specifically chose this accommodation because a rooftop terrace was advertised—a feature that is a key factor in our travel decisions. However, upon arrival, we found that the terrace was not available and was marked as private. This was a major disappointment, as it was one of the main reasons we booked this apartment. While the cost of the parking was waived, it did not make up for the missing rooftop terrace, which we had counted on to enjoy our stay. In all our travels around the world, we've never experienced such a misleading situation. The host barely addressed our concerns, and communication was minimal, which further added to the frustration. We would not recommend this apartment unless you have no expectations beyond its basic location.

This lodging was in excellent condition, clean, and comfortable. It also has semi-private parking, which is very nice. Best of all is the location, which is less than a one minute walk from the beach and only another minute to the old part of the city. Restaurants, shops, and a small grocery are right around the corner.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Location is a 10+. 50 paces from beach and restaurants, etc. Car parking 10 paces from apartment. For this alone I would stay again. Good little supermarket 50m away. Good restaurant as soon as you exit alley (Al Gabbiano), good food and service. Easy explore of Cefalu from this location, walk to cathedral, nice arty craft shops, lots of nice bars and street food places.

Host showed little interest, I think she was too busy. There is no coffee maker or toaster. I messaged host for toaster she replied saying she would bring it. Never saw her, she didn't even bother to collect daily tax and parking fee (thank you). There is no salt, pepper, sugar, coffee or tea. We ran out of toilet paper and used serviette! But it's a great location and parking at the door.
