Cefalù Caldura house

Fantastic host. Couldn't be more helpful and kind.

The view is amazing and it is a very cute apartment.

The issue we had was it is a summer house and very cold and humid in the shoulder period (March, rainy, not more than 15 degrees). The apartment does not retain heat and was so cold that my husband returned with a very chesty cough

Charmant petit appartement adapté pour un court séjour à deux. Belle terrasse avec vue superbe sur la mer. Propriétaire sympathique et arrangeant.

Accès à l’appartement en voiture assez difficile. Prévoir une petite voiture et prendre l’option parking proposée par le propriétaire.

As everyone mentions the location is superb, right on the water with spectacular views. Giacinto was especially kind to meet us at the port after being lost in the dark! He showed us to the apartment and gave us instructions on items inside. We only stayed 2 days but found this accomodation adequate with a kitchen well equipped with everything we needed.

Unfortunately we should have read reviews before booking as the stairs up and down were simply too much for us oldies…we are both over 70! That was not Giacinto’s fault as Sicily is hilly and we should have made sure to book something in the centre of Cefalu to avoid steps. We loved the old town, the little streets were delightful and the duomo spectacular.

Possibly one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed in my life. Even better than the pictures. Very comfortable and spacious and the views are insane. Every day we either had lunch or dinner or got takeaways from the Taverna just a short walk away. This place literally made me feel like throwing it all in and moving to Cefalu.... Maybe one day...

Cute, well equipped apartment, with great view from main bedroom and lounge room direct on to the ocean. The owner was also very patient and good with communication.
