The location, cleanliness, complimentary food and drinks, sea view from verandah, roomy, lift.

Communication with Maria was difficult in the beginning regarding lock code, unit number etc but cleaner was there and told us luckily. She checked on us during our stay to ask if we needed anything so it made up for it. Also needs a bigger street sign on front of building to facilitate location of apartments.

Zentrale Lage, und nur wenige Minuten zum Strand. Reibungslose Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin, sehr freundlich. Apartment sehr sauber, modern und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Perfecte ligging

Het matras was vrij zacht en het parkeren (wij hadden vrij grote auto) was lastig

Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich vorstellen kann. Da wir auch selbst gekocht haben, war es für uns toll, dass so viel und auch gutes Kochgeschirr vorhanden war sowie ein Gasherd mit vier Flammen. Das Appartement war supersauber und die Gastgeberin hat sich immer wieder erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder wir noch etwas benötigen. Zu zweit hatten wir den Luxus, dass jede ein eigenes Schlafzimmer und ein eigenes Badezimmer hatte. Die Wohnung ist schön hell, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut isoliert, so dass man bei geschlossenen Fenstern kaum etwas von draußen hört. Die Lage ist traumhaft, gerade mal 3 Minuten vom Strand und auch nur 3 Minuten von der Sprachschule Solemar, die wir besucht haben, entfernt.

Wir hätten uns mehr indirekte Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten gewünscht, um eine gemütlichere Atmosphäre zu erzeugen. Die Deckenstrahler sind ziemlich hell. Ansonsten war wirklich alles perfekt.

Es war schwer in den Straßen zu parken. Wir mussten auf einen Bezahlparkplatz ausweichen.

This perfect little apartment was clean to the point that it felt brand new. Little practical kitchen and a welcome pack of goodies were much appreciated. Prime location just a few steps away from one of the best supermarkets you could hope for and just as close to the promenade. Far enough away from the busiest part of the town to be quiet, but took only 5 minutes to walk there. Our host, contacted us frequently by WhatsApp and was incredibly helpful and polite.

The bed. We were not friends. Most people will probably find the soft low memory foam mattress and bed comfortable, just not for us. Personal choice so dont be put off. Around 5pm, probably just in summer or on sunny days, you may feel a great desire to relieve the local traffic officer of his whistle ...
