Kordelliya Garden Studio

We stayed one night at Kordelliya Apartment in Chayofa and had a pleasant experience. The apartment offers a beautiful view, and the jacuzzi was a lovely bonus. Inside, it has absolutely everything you might need — including a hairdryer, iron, and other essentials, it’s fully equipped with everything might need which made stay very comfortable.

Just a small note for those who are sensitive to strong scents: the apartment has a distinct boho/ethnic style with heavy use of incense or aromatic diffusers. The smell was quite intense when we arrived. It may be used to balance the humidity, but it might not be ideal for guests who prefer neutral fragrances.

Very nice garden with great view.

Very responsive host and great location. The terrace offers amazing views over Los Cristianos and the sunset. The bed was comfortable and the room small but cozy. The apartment has a small kitchen which was more than enough for our short stay. Everything we needed was provided and we felt very welcomed. Also, there exist plenty of parking options in that area.

The shower seemed a bit old and the water pressure was quite low. Heating up the Jacuzi cost an additional 20€ which is fair but we think it's good to know that beforehand.

The shared access and shared outside space which was not accurately described in the property description as ‘entire place’. Issue with washing facilities. Bed linen found with many cat hairs.

We didn't read the small print regarding the hot tub which had to be pre booked and paid £20 for. This was also a shared environment. There were many friendly cats drinking from the rather uninviting looking cold 'hot tub'. The sauna was also pre book and pay for. There was too much furniture, everything felt cluttered and uncomplimentary. This was expensive given other accommodation used on the island and not value for money.
