Main road a little bit noisy 🤷🏼‍♀️

Location was brilliant. Car park was right next door. Lots of bedrooms an bathrooms so we all had lots of space

Good location for shopping

Furnishings were cheap and grubby, no underlay for carpets and needed a good clean, blinds broken and curtains hanging off. Whole house creaked loudly. Beds were small singles, uncomfortable (feel free very spring!) and no room for luggage in bedrooms. Shower on first floor en-suite was unusable as temperature control not working. Mirrors hung for people who are 6ft + traffic noise as right on main bypass. Photos of property were very misleading.

It was brilliantly geared up for a group party which was what we wanted it for. The free late check out was excellent. Though it would have been good to know in advance.

There weren’t enough pans and utensils in the kitchen for the number of people there. The decor was beginning to look abit tired in places. The noise was quite extreme including The creaky floors and beds! As well as the traffic. Every bed ideally needed another pillow. Some people found the shower settings too hot and difficult/impossible to adjust.

We booked it as a stag party and I was expecting a tired property. I was surprised by the excellent condition and the cleanliness. I had to make a deposit for any damage beforehand and was expecting for them to try to keep some of it. The full deposit was returned without any problem. I would highly recommend it.

The beds are tightly packed into each room but was adequate for the purpose that we booked it.
