Amazing old fashion apartment, close to the centre

The location and coziness was great. It was a very traditional place with beautiful antique features. The location was great. The kitchen was well equipped, had an iron and a coffee machine. Roy was friendly and accommodating.

The pillows were a little hard, but there were spare ones so we switched them around and everything was fine after that.

Lovely Tuscan style apartment, exposed beams, great homely feel, very clean and tidy, in the best part to the village, love hearing the church bells. (which stop in the evening) Small village with a lot to offer, short walk to all facilities, Bar Centrale was a great place for drinks and Gelato, Anna's Bar serves great Italian food including wood fired pizza oven, The Bistro was very affordable dining with great food and service. The village has a Bakery, Minimart grocer, pasta maker, chemist, and a gift shop, what more do you need. Loved our stay and will return.

Amazing place to spend a holiday. We loved the village, the people and the accommodation. The host Roy was very approachable and kind, and although we didn’t require any help at all, he was alway available via whatsapp. Chianni is an amazing place and even though the weather wasn’t fantastic, we will look back to our time there with fond memories. Apart from our accommodation, the other highlights were visiting the main attractions Lucca, Pisa, Florence, cooking and eating the fresh pasta from the pasta shop in the village and our vist to the olive oil producer (Azienda Agrituristica Il Ruscello Di Nenna Guido).

the access by car challenging-it’s very tight! The proximity to the church means the church bells start at 8 am, stop 10:00 pm, every day, but again not a problem for us. A coffee maker or french press would be great.

Great apartment for a family. Chianni is a cosy village and there is a lot of places to see within an hour driving distance.

When it is extremely hot outside, the aircon in the hall at the second floor is struggling to keep the bedrooms cool.

Roy was a great host before getting there and once I arrived. He was helpful and considerate and made himself available to answer questions. The apartment is right in the heart of Chianni and was very charming. Chianni is in a fantastic location to explore western Tuscany.

It was late July so expected warm temperatures, unfortunately the A/C did not help much. Comfort aside, I had a great stay.
