2 Bed Apt w/ Office, Free Parking, Near Wrigley

Very functional and comfortable space - we (a couple) and one friend stayed together for two nights, and it would have been great for an even longer trip. The whole place is well-maintained. It's an older building that has been updated nicely. It's got a nice modern feel without being too slick - the couch is soft and comfy, the paint color is warm and friendly, there are *no* "live laugh love"-style wall hangings, and so on. There's a living room, a dining area with cards and games, and a small but very functional kitchen. One bedroom is larger and has a big closet space, a desk, a pack-n-play for the kiddos, an iron, and an ironing board. The smaller room also had a desk in it. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided, as well as a hair dryer. Accessibility-wise, there is a about a 7-8 step stairway in the front, the entry is narrow (the exterior door to the apartment door is a tight space); the rest of the space is one on one story, and the bathroom and all of the doorways are fairly narrow - typical older house/building stuff. The location was great - very walkable, plenty of restaurants/bars and other necessities around. We rode the Blue Line in from O'Hare, then hopped the 152 bus that runs east/west on the main drag (frequently) and it dropped us half a block away. Plus we took the bus down to the lake one of the days, so we could walk the Lakeshore Trail. (It was cold when we were there, otherwise we would have just walked the whole way.) Wrigley Field is a short walk and shorter 152 ride away, and there is a Brown Line station within a couple of blocks, as well. The hosts are super organized and responsive, and have all the things you might need laid out in helpful guides. We received everything on time and as stated - address, door code, into, etc. They also have options ready to go for early/late check-ins, if you need to store luggage, and more.

Nice looking apartment with a kitchen, near Wrigley Field, bus stops are about right in front of the apartment. The hosts responded right away when we messaged them.

Could hear the floor squeaking when neighbors walking, but it's not a big deal since it's not a new building. Better pillows and sofas would make it a perfect stay!

The neighborhood and proximity to Wrigley were excellent. The house was very clean and beds were comfortable.

Location was satisfied as is not so far from Downtown. And all things was equipped for cooking and sleeping in the home. Anyway if I visit to Chicago, we are willing to use again. Thanks.

The house was very nice. Ant and vegetation in the backyard. Clean comfortable area, would suggest this location to a friend or family.

Vegetation should be trimmed back from the back door
