Świetna lokalizacja, piękny widok z okna, duża powierzchnia

Słabo wyposażona kuchnia, np. brak ostrego noża do krojenia, schodki w czarnym kolorze bez oznaczenia o stopniu dodatkowo przy słabym oświetleniu, mieszkanie już dość podniszczone, szczególnie stół, który bardzo się chwiał
