"Awesome stay, not a ski-out place"

Hosts are exceptional, very helpful. The room is just fine, has everything that is needed for a group of people to stay at.

The advertisement tells "ski in/ski out". Unfortunately, that's not true. This is NOT a ski out place, you cannot ski out from property to a ski lift.

Loved our stay. Staff was extremely friendly, felt almost like staying with friends. View was amazing and the room was just like in the pictures. Perfect!

Because of the snow we had to walk from the hotel down to the main road. Bolt only works sometimes in the area and you have to pay 20-30 lari to get to “center” unless you’ll take the shino lift up and down. Just nice to know before choosing hotel I guess. We would either way choose this place again!

So view was amazing, furniture is so nicely fitted with the atmosphere. Super clean. Out hosts Nino and Dmitry were so helpful and hospitable. Will for sure come back here and warm recommendation to everyone. Already sending there few groups of friends 🥰

The flat was quite clean, but the road to the flat is still not asphalt, so consider having a SUV car getting there
