New Gudauri View Hotel

Hotel was located at excellent location. There is Indian restaurant also at 10 mins walking distance. The staff (Keti) was very courteous and helpful. The only problematic area was, 2 Bedroom apartment has single bathroom which may not be good enough if the group size is over 3 or 4 people.

Amazing place to stay when in Gudauri. Location is perfect (right on the Shino lift). Beautiful views, staff was super friendly and they helped us with renting the ski gear. Breakfast was very nice. It is just a bit further from the Gudauri centre where all the restaurants are, but on the other hand it was nice and quiet.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The place was very clean and comfortable, making our visit truly relaxing. A special mention goes to Keti at the reception—she welcomed us warmly and assisted us with everything we needed, always with a big smile. Her kindness and professionalism made our experience even better. Highly recommended!

View was spectacular and next to shino lift (telefrik) which is less traffic. We actually enjoyed the entire stay and the staff were great! Very attentive, supportive and answered everything we asked for. Always made sure to provide whatever we requested.

Maybe the owner needs to add washing machine to the apartment.

New modern building, very warm with heated floors. Convenient location -- 100m walk to the Shino lift, you can ski down to the hotel, and ski from the hotel to the lower lift with a good snow. Big apartments with panoramic windows overlooking the valley. This is a quiet area -- no noisy bars and restaurants around. Fantastic hospitality from Keti and very good food. Ask her for waffles :) On a flip side, if you need to go to shops and restaurants, you will have to walk 20-25 minutes to the center of New Gudauri or call for a taxi.

Wi-Fi was terrible across the building. Our room was missing some amenities, like wardrobe, but management has already ordered those. The ski storage may be too small when the hotel is full and everybody brings fat skis.

The rooms are with an amazing view,big windows and big bed! Very warm rooms ! Truly stunning and definitely worth the price

The only minus was the smell in the bathroom from the pipes! Even though I turned on the vents,the smell was still there but I don’t think is something you can prevent!

Nice staff and beautiful apartment with everything you need for living.

I like about this hotel is the receptionist Keti she is very accommodating she always smile even busy time she always find time to accommodate everyone. She is amazing she always have answers on you questions and have recommendations, will definitely recommend this place and already planing to go back. Thank you Keti for making our stay very easy and wonderful.
