the place itself is marvelous, and cool

to get to the place and the road outside the place is not nice

Jonathan was on the phone when i asked questions about anything, he even came out to assist us with the electricity issue. The place was amazing, beyond my expectations. Everything was neat and in order.

There was electricity issues as the substation was down- we did not have electricity for almost 2 days ... on the Friday was off and on and then on Sunday it was off from 12pm till Monday at 11am. It was resolved eventually finding out that the sub station had tripped. The roads need to be tarred as its gravel to get to the accommodation.

Location was great! Nice and close to the centre of Clarens. Property was modern and clean.

Using the tv was difficult and they should state that you need to use your own accounts in the tv. The shower head needed to be cleaned as the water pressure was not great in the shower.

Everything about it was nice and perfect and clean also lol the only only thing is it was cold in the tv room but it does not take away the nice experience

Cleaning and bin emptying should be provided for more than 1day booking The pillows need to be replaced The beds when single they should be separated or distanced 1.5 m at least

A multiplug in kitchen and living room will be a nice add on A non stick pan in kitchen will be a bonus Shower head needs a little attention
