We loved Silke, the apartment owner. Although we only met her at our checkout, she was 'present' from the start at check-in (actually, even before, because she answered all my queries before I booked!). Silke was constantly messaging me asking if everything was all right; she even checked with me on the temperature inside the apartment. When we first walked in, what struck us was how immaculately CLEAN the apartment was; there was nary a spot anywhere. I loved the big windows which give it good light and make the apartment inviting and cheery. The floor plan worked really well for our family -- my uncle and aunt had their own room and bathroom on one side of the landing, while we had the 'other side' with the kitchen. In the morning, my uncle and aunt could just walk across to our side for breakfast. There is a washer and big hanging rack in a laundry room at the ground level, which really helps because we are traveling with limited clothing. The commune of Colazza is nice and quiet -- there is a quaint street with older stone houses -- some sadly abandoned or for sale, like in many parts of Italy -- and a newer, slicker part where Gisa Apartment is situated. I will definitely return to stay here if ever I find myself flying through MXP again (quite an easy 35-minute non-highway drive away).

Tastefully renovated, well equipped and spotlessly clean!

The apartment was spotless and all amenities were thought of, including a washing machine. The apartment is modern and up to date. Parking is right outside the apartment. It is close to hiking, visiting the lake and surrounding villages. Wi-Fi signal was strong and reliable. The host was friendly and easy to get a hold of.

.Lovely host. Very warm and welcoming. The facility is well equipped and very clean Private parking just below the apartment. Big enough for a family of 4.

Note that the apartment is on the second floor with no lift.

The apartment is very beautiful and comfortable. It is fully equipped and the plus point is the washing machine. The host is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment.
