- light problem related with the induction stoves, the owner was advised but nothing happened; - There were no appropriate pots and pans to accommodate 4 people: - It was supposed to find soup, but there was just a minimum amount of hand soup with fungus inside; - The toilette was inclined;

Staff very nice. Clean apartment and easy check in and check out. Very well equipped.

The location was great in the historic center. Very well situated. It had the amenities listed in the posting.

The door handle to the apartment broke off my first night. I was assured someone would come to repair it. No one ever came and I wasn't never contacted again by the staff. Notes directly from the staff told me someone would meet me to check me in. They did not, in fact they didn't even send the information until I sent multiple texts and called. Which would have been helpful as the units were poorly labeled and I tried to unlock someone else's unit.

Great location! Very clean. Lots of toilet paper.

Confusing to find the actually apartment with self-check-in. Had to ask for the internet.

The apartment is located very well in the city centre. It is very close to the Santa Cruz church. The room is spacious and the kitchen is ok. The windows look on to the backyard so it is not a noisy place. The host was very kind when we arrived and offered a drink for us in her coffee bar nearby (but we didn't use it). When we reported that the toilet seat is broken they managed it very fast.

When we arrived the toilet seat was fully broken and it was impossible to use. Although we wrote it previously that we are two colleagues on a worktrip we got only one common sheet to cover. When we asked 2 more blankets (not sheets) because we were cold at night with the sheet and - while there was only one sheet for 2 - with the bedspread, we got just one common blanket again.
