The location was perfect and the facilities were great. And the host Marco was great, even when I made a small mistake in our booking.

To reach the bathroom you have to go through the bedroom. The sofa bed in the living room is not comfortable at all to sleep in, it definitely needs replacement, or at least a mattress on top.

I loved this apartment, I would happily live there. The location is spectacular, right in the medieval center. Small but grand balcony a bonus.

Perfekt war die Lage der Unterkunft. Auch die Ausstattung war völlig ok. Der Gastgeber hat uns perfekt instruiert wie die Wohnung zu öffnen ist. Da viele Touristen und Studenten nachts unterwegs waren gab es einen gewissen Geräuschpegel ,dem man aber mit Ohrstöpseln begegnen konnte. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Janin und Gritt

Vermieter reagierte schnell, präzise und unkompliziert. Umsichtige Ausstattung der Unterkunft mit Fön, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen. Die Heizung war optimal eingestellt und der Vermieter bot an, diese zu regulieren, sofern es zu kalt oder zu warm wäre. Grundausstattung Geschirr vorhanden.

Die Lautstärke von der Straße. Man muss das Fenster schließen, wenn der Lärm stört. Es war aber Feiertags - Brückentag Zeit. Insofern war die Stadt und Partylaune höher als gewöhnlich.

We had an excellent stay at Temporary House Oberdan. We were a group of six adults (three couples) and we rented all three apartments, which was absolutely ideal for us. Each apartment was very clean, well maintained, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchens had all the necessary appliances and utensils, the beds were comfortable, and the apartments felt cozy, spacious, and welcoming. Cleanliness was outstanding in all three apartments. The location is excellent, right in the historic center of Bologna. All major attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shops are within easy walking distance, which made our stay extremely convenient. Check-in was smooth and well organized, and communication with the host was clear, fast, and very helpful. Despite the central location, the apartments were quiet and peaceful, allowing us to rest well after full days of sightseeing. Temporary House Oberdan is a great option for groups or multiple couples, offering both privacy and comfort in a prime location. We would highly recommend this accommodation and would gladly stay here again.

Such a pretty apartment, spacious, very clean and comfortable (we were in apartment 2/3), has a dishwasher and washing machine and a little balcony for watching the people come and go. In an absolute great location, only steps from Piazza Maggoire and lots of restaurants, coffee shops and great shopping close by on Via dell’ Indipendenza! We stayed for 4 days and would definitely book again.
