Buena ubicación, muy cerca del centro. El apartamento cuenta con un garaje de fácil acceso. Por el mismo portal puedes entrar al mercadona, con lo que es práctico. Todo limpio y bien

Por decir algo, el apartamento es caluroso, pero cuenta con ventilador

"Apartment location was good, if you need to talk with the owner find another place."

Owner was present for handover the key. The Apartment location is great, near to supermarket and close to the inner old city, 10min as a max. Shops, café and restaurant for you choosing, all good

Could not get hold of the owner or contact after apartment key was handover. Wifi did not work due to, password was written i capital but found out it was all lower key - and it was working from 2nd day.

The appartement was very nice and practical. After long days in visiting the region, we appreciated relax time in a cosy space. . We like so much Avilés and the region.
