Grand View Apartment

Place looks exactly as presented on pictures, marvelous view, spacious, all mentioned facilities were present, owner left washing pads for washing machine as requested, clean, tidy, all furniture looks well maintained, even the courtesy of leaving tissues on both sides of bed was so thoughtful! And tiny trash buckets as well) Kitchen has a lot of stuff and even spices, coffee, teas, a lot of cutlery tableware and dishes)

Quite intense hike up and downhill is a counter of a great view, unfortunately, if you have any issues or leg/foot traumas – that's gonna be a challenge. The only thing that we didn't encounter in the apartment was, surprisingly... scissors) The rest and even more was present. Also the shower shelf in the shower cabin does not hold up well and is very small for bath accessories for two people (there is literally nowhere to put sponges). Unfortunately for us the only road to the house was blocked both ways for 2 out of 3 days we stayed (weekend) due to a car racing show (or whatever it was, a festival?) we were unaware of this so we barely made it out to our next location and usage of the car was impossible for most of hours, however location was so great that we made most of our city tours on foot) However it is not a regular thing, as I understand, we were just "lucky")) So, despite few situational inconveniences we encountered, it mostly wasn't a place's issue)

Adrian, the owner, was so kind and friendly. The apartment has everything we needed, and its big with 2 large balconies. The view is outstanding. The kitchen has all the appliances.

The road to the apartment is narrow and finding a parking was manageable after some struggles.

We really enjoyed the stay. Great view form the apartment, nice accommodation, there is everything you may need.

Suggestion- make it clear that the parking lot in front of the building, which everybody can see on the photos, is not for the guests. I found out about this after booking the apartment, from the owner. The remote control for the A/C was missing and I had to ask the host to start/stop it via application.

The stay in the apartment was excellent. The apartment was equipped with everything you need, nothing was missing. The location was excellent, very close to the ancient center of Brasov

Parking is a huge problem. Very small road, no parking close to the department. needs more light at the street. Very dark at night

It lives up to the name, brilliant views, and very comfy. It's location is great, the city center is very close. The apartment is large enough, with all the commodities needed for a great stay. Would recommend.

Though most of the times you can get a good parking location, rarely you have to search a bit more than you might like.
