Everything, owner is very accommodating, and very responsive

What we didn't like, is how short our stay was 😅... But really, nothing was unlikeable there

Comforter was pretty heavy/hot

It was very easy to go around as it is located at business center of Bacolod. Very convenient. The place looks cozy, smaller compared to other condos we've checked in but enough for a family of 3.

There were still trash on the garbage bin probably from previous occupant. The internet is disconnecting from time to time. You have to use your own account to enjoy streaming on the TV. The aircon is leaking from the inside but they had a container to catch the water and placed a mat to stop the water from wetting the floor. Not too bad though, did not stop us from having a comfortable stay. We still had relaxing time during your stay :)

Very accessible to nearby establishments including the lagoon.

The room was kept neat and orderly, and toiletries as well as kitchenware were prepared as we entered the room.

I didn't like that I didn't stay long enough in this unit. Will definitely recommend to people I know who plan to stay in BCD.

Cityscape Residences is a great option for transients looking for a comfortable and home-like stay in the heart of Bacolod. The location is convenient, with easy access to key spots in the city, making it an excellent choice for short and extended stays.

The unit could have been better maintained. The fridge had leftover food and half-empty water bottles, which made the cleanliness feel subpar. The air conditioning wouldn’t turn off despite the remote control still functioning, which was concerning in terms of power consumption. Additionally, there was no internet, making the TV of little use. However, this was only a minor inconvenience since I had my mobile data, and the free WiFi issue can be easily fixed.
