Location, clear instructions for check-in and check-out.

Hard to find a parking spot,. When you book for 5 persons, you expect to have some bed linen for the sofa on the saloon.

Loved the comfy bed and space. The house was awesome and well equipped . Great location. Great rwatairants and just a step out of the apartment. Would recommend.

Apartment was very big, and right in the center of the town with shopping and restaurants. Quiet building

Pro: the accommodation is located in the centre of Brașov, on Republicii street, which makes it easy to get everywhere. The communication with the host was very good, always eager to help.

The downside of being in the center is that you don't have parking available. Another situation that made our stay there a bit unpleasant was the heavy sewage smell in the bathroom. I don't know if there's something to be done, but staying there for a longer period of time might turn it into a big problem.

Huge property just in the heart of the old city. Very interesting design, well equipped kitchen and nice balcony. Excellent communication with the owner. Before the trip I was a little worried about parking, but I always found parking on the street. From 8 in the evening parking is free and so is on Sunday. I activated the parking using the Tpark app

There are 2 issues that are a improvement proposal for the property owners (but this does not justify lowering the rating of the property): 1. For some reason, when you switch to warmer water in the shower, the strength of the current decreases; 2. in the closets you can only hang the clothes and there are no shelves on which the clothes can be placed - which is a bit inconvenient

Large apartment, great location, clean, nice kitchen

A bit dark. Would like to have lighter bathroom.
