Apartment Mathilda

Wonderful terrace overlooking the river with town and mountain views. Spacious, modern apartment less than 10 minutes walk to town or the station. Thomas was easy to contact and although we didn’t need any help from him, I believe he would have answered any queries very quickly. The property has a key safe for check in which was great for us, as due to delays we arrived quite late in the evening. We have been to Bolzano a number of times and this is now our favourite apartment. We will definitely be back!

The apartment is on the 7th floor, the lift only goes up to the 6th floor. Not a problem normally but we weren’t aware of this until arrival. My husband has some mobility issues but the stairs weren’t too steep so he managed! There is a smell of sewage in the bathroom, especially in the evenings though I don’t think anything could be done about this! Not essential, but a microwave would have been nice!

The views from the apartment were fantastic! The apartment was very clean and was well equipped with everything we needed. The owners responded very quickly to questions.

Perfect appartment. We arrived by train, it's only 10 minutes walk from the station. Thomas is very helpful as a host, easy ro reach via Whatsapp. Appartment is well equipped, and has a beautiful balcony with mountain views.

Bolzano can be extremely hot in summer. There is only one airco unit in the bedroom - a second one in the living room would be much appreciated. But on the bright side: it's only a minute away from a nice cold river to cool off ;-)
