Great property, good location

The Bathroom was locked and unusable, luckily there was a small on suite however the water was cold and my wife had to shower my 6 year old boys in cold water, not great at all! The apartment was very dusty, Hopewell did however refund my stay, in. my opinion this property should not be on booking.com until it meets acceptable standards.

Perfectly functional and good value for money. The hosts were easily contactable whenever I needed them.

The beds were so incredibly uncomfortable. Worse than sleeping on a blow up mattress for a week. A number of issues, broken items, blocked toilets, etc.

Nicely furnished, comfortable space.

The sofa wasn’t overly comfortable and some of the furniture seemed quite flimsy.

Very well equipped, clean and well maintained apartment. Designated parking space and only 20 mins via car from the city centre. Great communication from letting agents and info brochure for all appliances, heating and recommendations for places to eat or explore was greatly appreciated.
