They were working on the roof terrace at the time of my visit, so I missed out on that, but I’m sure it will be nice for future visits.

DEThe location of the apartment was very good, perfect to reach everything in El Cotillo. The apartment was very clean and we enjoyed the rooftop terrace. Wifi was good for working.
In general, the apartment was fine (in terms of cleanliness and location) but we won't be coming back. The whole apartment is very used and furnished without any love. The lighting is terrible, (but perfect if you enjoy cold-white bright lightbulbs in your livingroom). The towels don't match and look like hand-me-downs from the apartment owner. Although suggested in reviews before, there still isn't a cutting board in the kitchen or a carpet in the bathroom. This is the type of apartment where a big crack in the bathroom mirror is being covered up by a randomly placed postcard instead of replacing the mirror. The kitchen has zero supplies (zero!!), so if you think of cooking, be prepared to even buy salt and oil. Rather disappointing. We also saw some baby cockroaches in some kitchen corners but that's almost inevitable in El Cotillo (so we heard). The apartment is cheap, but still for this price it is very uncharming to live in.
ESVery kind host, super helpful! The apartment is perfect, it has everything you need and more, even a washing machine! Huge terrace and the location is perfect. I would definitely recommend it :)
Everything was perfect!
SKRooftop terrace is absolutely great feature of this accomodation. But overall, there is nothing to complain about. Host was really nice, location good, parking on the street without problems. Kitchen could be a better equipped maybe, but we were definitely happy that we chose this apartment.
DEThe left bed mattress was a little worn out. But the other one was fine!
