Patrick was very friendly and nice. The outside spaces were pleasant, and it was in a quiet neighbourhood. The cleaning staff was very good and super friendly. Rooms were basic and fine. There are some great local eateries in the neighbourhood. Value for money is good.

The pictures are from a while back and the property is a bit run down. Totally fine, but not quite what it looked like. The shared kitchen was very basic and sometimes other guests left it messy. Everything just felt a bit tired. We mostly had good other guests to share the space with, but then some rather loud young men arrived that didn't respect the quiet rules even after being asked. They also didn't clean up after themselves in the shared areas. I am sure this was just bad luck and timing for us. The location is quite a long way from most grocery stores etc.

The property is an a location close to a lot of very good local eateries. That's a bonus. It's a safe neighbourhood but most amenities are a bit far away. It's a functional spot and very fair for the price. The owner was kind and the cleaning staff excellent.

Given it's a shared kitchen and outdoor space, you have to be lucky to get other good, clean, quiet guests. Mostly we did until a few loud, young men moved in. The kitchen is very basic but functional, as is most of the property. The photos must be from a while back as in general the rooms are a bit run down. It's fine, but very basic. The outdoor spaces were all very nice, but the kitchen could us a little updating as well. It's a long hike to the town centre, and most amenities are a bit far away, but there are some gems of local restaurants in the area. It's quiet though, away from all the crazy tourist stuff in the centre of town.

The room is quite large, with a comfy bed and nice attached private bathroom. There's a terrace with a decent view, and a cute lounge area downstairs near the kitchen.

No complaints. You will need transportation if you want to access downtown and beaches.

Patrick is a super nice host.Very helpful and available for all questions! There is a very nice inner garden, with a lot of plants and there were even some turtles-pleasant surprise

Rooms are quite old and require some renovation. Also it is quite far from the city and beach, but if you rent a bike or moto then is easy.

The room is very clean and gets cleaned every day. The bed is very big and comfy. Quick response and a lot of help from the host.

The apartement is like 20min walking away from the center.
