"Cozy"

Cozy, very clean, quiet place, friendly and responsive host. Appreciated the fact that she responded quickly and in a positive manner to my requests regarding heating and water temperature. Close to a big mall and a decent veg market. Close to the tram, and decent access to the center of the city by car.

Taking a shower is a bit of a challenge - cold water pressure is quite low in the bathroom, up to the point that it basically does not flow through the shower. The host has resolved this in an intelligent manner, by placing a temperature regulator that allows you to take a warm shower. The challenge comes from the fact that the pressure is still pretty low for a good shower, and also it is basically impossible to take a colder or hotter shower. This looks like an infrastructure problem that the host cannot help, only mitigate - and she did it really well.
