Well-equipped, modern apartment

The fact that this property is run by a management company who responds to every message sent via bookin.com using another message platform of their own - sent to your email address. All this to keep messages out of bookin.com and initiate their scam. They refuse to make an invoice - which they are obligated to both by law and by booking.com. Throughout our stay, they kept sending messages via their own platform and email - simply because they wouldn't get a response they resend the same messages over and over again. Simple harassment. Something going on here
