Okolica cicha i spokojna, widok z okien na park, w którym jest plac zabaw dla dzieci. Dobry dojazd do wielu atrakcji regionu Gór Harzu położonych wokół Quedlinburga i Wernigerode, szczególnie że do węzła autostrady jest jedynie kilka kilometrów. Po drugiej stronie spokojnej ulicy jest park, w którym jest plac zabaw, który widać z okien apartamentu. Apartament jest przestronny, estetyczny, czysty i świetnie wyposażony w różne udogodnienia.
