Spacious, clean, modern and very light apartment. The kitchen was very well equipped! Nice big balcony is great for sunny weather. The bathroom is also large and has everything you need. The bed was comfortable.

It is right in the middle of night life area in Dresden, which is great and what we wanted. But the bedroom window opens on the street, so sleeping with a window open is impossible because of the noise. Not a problem, just a warning.

"Perfekte Lage und Ausstattung. Wunderschön!"

Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche in New Town: Top Lage in der lebendigen Neustadt. In der Straße und Drumherum überall Bars, Restaurants, Geschäfte und ein Späti gleich neben der Wohnung. Wohnung ist außerordentlich gut ausgestattet; es fehlte uns an nichts. Man kann wunderbar kochen und es gibt eine Waschmaschine. Großer Balkon. Heizung, Rollläden, Bett … alles tip top! Wohnung war sehr sauber. Einrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen (bis auf das Bild über dem Küchentisch, aber ist Geschmackssache;)) Kontakt mit Vermieter war sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert.

Man muss wissen, dass durch die Straße (unterhalb des Schlafzimmers) die Straßenbahn fährt. Uns hat das nicht gestört bzw wir haben uns nach 1 Tag dran gewöhnt (ist auch nicht sehr laut). Nachts hatte ich keine Probleme mit Schlafen.

The apartment is right in the heart of Neustadt and can be easily reached from both sides of the building. The rooms are roomy and nicely furnished. Alex was an amazing host. The communication was prompt and straightforward. Great choice to stay for a couple of days.
