Zimmer war ganz nah am Bushaltestelle und Taxistand war sehr zu begrüssen, aber es war bis spät in der Nacht sehr laut und es für Gäste nicht angenehm war zum schlafen Klimaanlage gab es auch nicht, aber dafür waren zwei Ventilatoren da

we arrived at 4pm - no reception and no instructions on how to get key. There was no message on booking.com to say reception was only there between 9-3pm. Eventually we asked in the shop and obtained the key from a curt person in the restaurant, who gave no instructions. we were placed on 3rd floor and had no help with our heavy cases to get to the room as no lift! the website said no access by lift to upper floors? but did not say no lift at all! There were no instructions in room to work out the remote to get the fan on, so took a long time to work out how to keep fan on without the light! There were just 2 accessible plug sockets - one in kitchen and one by one of the beds. The water in the shower in bathroom could not be easily mixed - so it was either freezing cold or boiling hot! There was a very old vent in bathroom which made a howling noise throughout the whole night like a wind tunnel and kept us awake. it was slightly breezy outside but not particularly windy - so would eb much worse if it was windy! We complained the next morning but not offered an alternative so decided to check out as this property had not been clearly represented on the website. we asked for refund for remaining 3 nights, but told issue would be with Booking.com. After much communication with booking.com - they have said the property is not interested in resolving our complaint! so no refund offered for remaining 3 nights we didnt stay. We could not have stayed there another night! we found a very superior plce minutes away for slightly less than the price Es cana apartments charged

De ligging is prima en erg centraal en aan het strand je kunt je huurauto goed parkeren en de bedden zijn goed wat ook fijn is dat je gebruik kunt maken van het eigen zwembad.

Appartement is ongezellig ingericht maak het iets gezelliger en betere stoelen op het balkon en de keuken mist een goed koffiezetapparaat.

Parking right outside, very clean and a good size apartment.. Balcony was enormous with beautiful sea views..

We arrived and reception was closed, it wasn’t very clear where to check in, we eventually found staff in the bar, also we felt we should have had more fresh towels, we only had 1 change in a week

Apartment was lacking sockets. Could supply some washing up liquid to save us having to buy some for basic washing up
