Please note that a valid ID is required for check in. If you wish to pay for your booking per bank transfer, please contact the property by email. Guests arriving outside the official check-in time are kindly asked to contact the property in advance in order to arrange the check-in. Please note that on weekends the check-in time might be different. For arrivals after 5pm the room keys will be left in a key safe at the main door and the hotel will provide the code via email before arrival. Guests have the possibility to request a daily cleaning for an additional fee. This accommodations is nonsmoking. Any guest smoking within the building will be subject to a EUR 500 fine. Please note that Boardinghouse Rosenstraße does not offer a laundry service. However, there is a laundromat near the property. Please note that for bookings with 2 or more apartments, special terms and additional supplements may apply.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
