Bathroom window could not be shut. Location was not good for restaurants, shops etc.

Very airy and bright, the ducks were a lovely treat in the garden, car parking was separate and off the Main Street.

Some black mould on the shower head. I cleaned it thoroughly but it is still discoloured.

Comfortable stay close to the train station. Quiet area and the beds were comfortable so had a good nights sleep. Host was very friendly and helpful, would definitely book again

Windows would not close. No heating first night then controlled from kelpies office.

The location and we had the place to ourselves.

There weren't enough towels. The floors were creaky and noisy. We arrived late at night and there wasn't even milk to welcome us (as other places) We had to ask for a hairdryer. There was a problem with the wi-fi.

Good location for our needs

One of the heaters didn't work and we weren't advised about it. Mould round the bottomof the shower and on the shower head and rubbish under the beds.

It was adequate

No soap or hand towels, no basics in kitchen such as milk to go with the tea and coffee. The tv remote only worked intermittently and there was a defective hair dryer that you could see flame inside of. There was no off street parking and a funny smell as you walked up the stairs.
